Welcome to wOrbits! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Squatch Solutions, LLC. ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the wOrbits game and website at worbits.app (the "Game"). By creating an account or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You agree not to:
The wOrbits game itself — including its name, layout, design, code, and the original content we created — is owned by Squatch Solutions, LLC. and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original portions of the Game without our permission.
The Game may also include incidental third-party material, such as short novelty images ("easter eggs") that reference well-known characters or brands. Any trademarks, characters, or copyrighted works referenced or displayed in the Game are the property of their respective owners, are used only for identification, commentary, or entertainment purposes, and are not claimed as our own. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. If you own rights to any such material and would like it removed, please see our takedown process below.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content in the Game infringes your copyright or other rights, please email us at feedback@worbits.app with:
We will review valid requests and remove or disable the identified material promptly, without requiring any further explanation from you.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Game, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you. We appreciate your input but are under no obligation to act on it.
The Game is a hobby project offered free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and daily puzzles or saved progress may occasionally be affected by maintenance or technical issues.
You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Game in a way that harms it or other users.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, and the word list and dictionary may contain errors or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squatch Solutions, LLC. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Because the Game is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squatch Solutions, LLC. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Game or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
